MUMBAI: DQ Entertainment has signed a licensing agreement with TV Mania Gmbh through its merchandising agents in France, TF1 Enterprises.
Under the terms of the agreement, TV Mania will have the right to manufacture and distribute Jungle Book apparels and accessories for babies, kids and teenagers over a two year period.
DQE is expected to receive a royalty on sales of approximately Euro 1 million over a 2 year period, in addition to a minimum guaranteed amount.
The stock was at Rs 77.50, up 4.31 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 80.75 and low of Rs 75.70 in trade so far on volume of 64000 shares.
