DLF shares advance after promoters infuse capital worth Rs 2,250 crore

Promoters of DLF have infused nearly Rs 2,250 crore in the company with the allotment of equity shares against Warrants issued to them in 2017.
NEW DELHI: Shares of realty major DLF edged up by 1 per cent in Friday's session after the promoters infuse nearly Rs 2,250 crore in the company.

Promoters of DLF have infused nearly Rs 2,250 crore in the company with the allotment of equity shares against Warrants issued to them in 2017.

The company has allotted around 13.81 crore shares to promoter group companies Rajdhani Investments & Agencies and DLF Urva Real Estate Developers & Services at Rs 217.25 per share.


In December 2017, DLF had received Rs 9,000 crore through issue of Compulsorily Convertible Unsecured Debentures (CCDs) and share warrants to promoters.

Shares of DLF closed 1.67 per cent up at Rs 188.60 on BSE.
