DLF may sell Noida, Delhi assets to GIC Ventures
The company today announced the handover of the Gurugram-based luxury project, The Skycourt.

The company today announced the handover of the Gurugram-based luxury project, The Skycourt which is located at the heart of DLF Gardencity, Sector 86. The high-rise comprises of 3 bedroom apartments ranging from 176-179 square metres, with a total of 674 units. The average cost of an apartment in The Skycourt is from Rs 1.37 crore onwards, said an ANI report.
The company has recently announced the opening of two Disney & Me stores in Noida and Gurgaon through a licensing arrangement with Disney Consumer Products in India. They will offer a wide range of products across the US-based company's brands including Disney, Marvel and Star Wars reflecting the popular stories and characters.
The two stores, located in Mall of India in Noida and Ambience Mall in Gurgaon, are owned and operated by DLF brands, the company said in a statement.
At 11:39 am, shares of the company were trading at Rs 215.55 apiece on BSE, down 0.53 per cent.
