Dilip Buildcon, Kesoram among stocks that surged 5% in trade

The NSE Nifty50 was trading 32.60 points up at 9,433.50 in the afternoon trade in Monday’s trade. Thirty two index stocks were trading higher components, while rest 19 scrips were hovering in the red.

Broader index Nifty 500 was trading 0.5 per cent higher at 8,340.35. BSE 500 constituent Dilip Buildcon soared 6.16 per cent to hit a 52-week high of Rs 485.55. Smallcap Tourism Finance Corp shot up up 7.97 per cent, Lakshmi Precision rallied 8.16 per cent, NDTV climbed 8.24 per cent, while Uttam Value Steels advanced 8.33 per cent.

Trigyn Technologies (up 6.51 per cent), Network18 Media (up 6.56 per cent), Man Industries (up 6.73 per cent), Gokul Agro Resources Ltd. (up 6.79 per cent) and Lokesh Machines (up 6.80 per cent), Shirpur Gold (up 6.96 per cent), Vascon Engineer (up 7.84 per cent) and Tainwala Chemicals (up 7.88 per cent) were some other prominent gainers on the exchange.

Meanwhile, Manaksia Coated rose 5.37 per cent), while TVS Electronics, GTN Industries, Ankit Metal Power and India Tourism rose up to 6.3 per cent.
