Dhyaani Tile seeks artificial intelligence tag

The board of Dhyaani Tile and Marblez, a company engaged in the trading of commodities, vitrified tiles, and ceramic items, has approved the change of its name.

The company with a market capitalisation of 26 crore and revenue of 9.23 crore in FY23 is considering changing its name to Dhyaanii Artificial Intelligence or Dhyyaani Artificial Intelligence.

The company said it will seek shareholder approval in the extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) on November 18. Additionally, the board has also sanctioned the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary to be named Dhyani Cyberrnest.
