DHFL, PC Jeweller among top gainers on BSE
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 40 shares were trading in the green, while 10 were in the red.

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 154.80 points up at 38,839.52 on Friday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Agri-Tech (India) (up 19.98 per cent) , Womens Next Lounge (up 19.22 per cent) , Media Matrix (up 18.95 per cent) , Simplex Casting (up 16.58 per cent) , Polymech Mac (up 15.67 per cent) , Nelco (up 12.06 per cent) , Mawana Sugars (up 10.98 per cent) , Danlaw Technologies (up 10.46 per cent) , Aanchal Ispat (up 10.03 per cent) and Poddar Housing (up 10 per cent) were among the top performers.
DHFL (up 6.42 per cent) and PC Jeweller (up 5.56 per cent) too were trading 5-6 per cent higher at around the same time.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 54.80 points up at 11,652.80.
