MUMBAI: Shares of DB Realty pulled back from intraday lows but ended below issue price on debut.
On the NSE, the scrip closed at Rs 455.05, down Rs 12.95 or 2.77 per cent. It touched a low of Rs 412.45 and high of Rs 467 on listing day.
On the BSE, the scrip ended at Rs 455.40, down Rs 12.60 or 2.7 per cent. It touched a low of Rs 412.50 and high of Rs 466.20 on the index.
The scrip listed at Rs 452.10 at a discount of 3.4 per cent on the NSE against issue price of Rs 468. The share failed to recover after a poor start and slipped further.
DBRL will be using the issue proceeds towards construction & development cost of projects and pre-payment of a loan from IDFC.
