Datamatics Global to acquire Vista Infosystems; stock up

MUMBAI: Datamatics Software Services, a subsidiary of Datamatics Global Services, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Vista Infosystems.

Bangalore-based Vista Infosystems, specializes in embedded systems space and caters to companies like Honeywell, Samsung, Phiips etc.

Shares of Datamatics Global Services surged 5.25 per cent higher to Rs 30.05 on the NSE. The scrip touched a high of Rs 31.40 and low of 28.75 in trade so far.
