Dalmia Cement hikes stake in OCL to 45%

MUMBAI: Dalmia Cement has scaled up its holding in OCL by 23% to 45% through inter-se transfer. It has bought a 22% stake, which was held by its chairman YH Dalmia in his personal capacity.

“There will be no open offer as it was exchange of shares amongst the promoter group,” Puneet Dalmia, son of YH Dalmia told ET.

The other faction of the promoter group, MH Dalmia, will continue to hold 24% stake. The OCL stock closed at Rs 127 on BSE on Friday.
