Justice Sachin Datta passed the order on an application filed by Daiichi Sankyo seeking the sale of the Fortis trademark, owned by RHC Healthcare Management Services which is one of the judgment debtors in the matter.
The application was filed in a petition by Daiichi Sankyo seeking execution of a ₹3,500-crore Singapore tribunal arbitral award passed in its favour and against brothers Malvinder Mohan Singh and Shivinder Mohan Singh in April 2016.
