Cube Highways Trust InvIT opens its Rs 5,000-crore public issue today at a price band of Rs 151–152 per unit. The infrastructure trust offers investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of operational highway assets.

Cube Highways Trust InvIT opens Rs 5,000-crore issue, offering exposure to operational highway assets today.
The InvIT is launching a book-built issue worth Rs 5,000 crore, comprising an offer-for-sale of 32.89 crore units. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 151–Rs 152 per unit.
The allotment for Cube Highways Trust InvIT is expected to be finalised on July 29, 2026, with the units scheduled to list on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The tentative listing date has been set for August 3, 2026.
Investors can apply in lots of 95 units, with the minimum investment amount set at Rs 14,440 based on the upper end of the price band.
Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd. is acting as the Book Running Lead Manager for the issue, and KFin Technologies Ltd. has been appointed as the registrar.

As of March 31, 2026, the Trust and its portfolio entities employed more than 800 professionals across areas such as operations, maintenance, finance, safety, compliance, and project management. The on-ground infrastructure network is further supported by over 5,000 contractual workers involved in daily operations and maintenance activities.
Financial performance shows strong growth
Cube Highways Trust recorded a strong financial performance in FY26, reflecting steady growth in its infrastructure portfolio.
The Trust’s total income increased to Rs 2,922.09 crore in FY26 from Rs 2,106.32 crore in FY25, registering a year-on-year growth of 38.7%.
Profitability also improved significantly, with Profit After Tax (PAT) rising to Rs 1,422.89 crore in FY26 from Rs 999.57 crore in FY25. This represents a growth of 42.3%, driven by improved operational performance, efficient asset management, and stronger value creation.
With a large portfolio of operational highway assets, a stable cash-flow generation model, and backing from an experienced infrastructure sponsor, Cube Highways Trust InvIT enters the market as an important offering in India’s expanding infrastructure investment landscape.
