Crompton Greaves acquires Sweden-based Emotron; stock up

MUMBAI: Crompton Greaves has acquired Sweden-based Emotron Group, a power electronics and engineering company engaged in manufacturing of various equipments, including variable frequency drives, for 57.8 million euro. The enterprise value of this acquisition is equivalent to 57.8 million euros

Shares of Crompton Greaves were at Rs 244.85, up 2.68 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 244.90 and low of Rs 241 in trade so far.
