Additionally, board meetings of Bajaj Auto, Federal Bank, Just Dial, Oberoi Realty, Shree Cements, Tata Elxsi and Kshitij Polyline, among others, are scheduled to consider quarterly results.
Spandana Sphoorty’s board will meet to consider and approve fundraising by non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
Also, Moneybox Finance’s board will meet to consider raising funds by issuance of rated, unlisted, senior, secured, redeemable, taxable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) for an amount below Rs 20 crore.
