NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.
Shares of four companies -- Sona BLW Precision Forgings (Rs 0.77 per share), Sundaram Finance (Re 1 per share), Tata Steel Long Products (Rs 12.5 per share) and Vaibhav Global (Rs 1.5 per share) will go ex-dividend today. These companies had announced final dividends. Sundaram Finance (Rs 0.75 per share) had also announced a special dividend.
Venus Pipes & Tubes and Precision Containeurs are among the companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.
Asian Paints, HDFC Asset Management Company, Supreme Industries, Sundram Fasteners, Prism Johnson, Bhansali Engineering Polymers, Kokuyo Camlin, Amrit Corp., Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery and EPSOM Properties will have their annual general meetings (AGMs) today.
A board meeting of Ashnisha Industries will take place today to consider the preferential issue of shares.
