NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday. Saregama will go ex-stock split today from a face value of Rs 10 each to Re 1 each. Shares of TCM, on the other hand, will go ex-rights. The company had announced rights issue of six shares for every five shares held by investors at Rs 25 a piece. This company had last announced rights issue in July 2003.

Bajaj Finance, HDFC Life Insurance, Macrotech Developers, AU Small Finance Bank, United Breweries, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), Nippon Life India Asset Management, Aditya Birla SL AMC, KPIT Technologies and UTI Asset Management Company are some of the companies that are scheduled to announce their March quarter results today.

Sanofi India will hold its AGM today, along with results.


The board of Dynemic Products will meet today to consider and approve rights issue and consider rights issue price including other incidental matters.

The board of Sinclairs Hotels will meet in Kolkata to consider and approve the proposal for buyback of shares. U H Zaveri board will meet on a preferential issue.

Today is the record date for Nirmitee Robotics India's bonus issue. The stock went ex-bonus in 5:1 ratio on Monday.
