Corporate Radar: Stock split, dividends, AGMs, Q4 results & more

NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

Steel Exchange India board will consider a stock split and raising of funds today, along with its annual general meeting. Sagarsoft (India) will consider ESOP and dividend along with its quarterly numbers.

Godavari Drugs and S & T Corporation will hold their AGMs.


Bharat Forge, GSK Pharmaceuticals, Century Plyboards, VIP Industries, MCX, Raymond, Ami Organics, Dodla Dairy and Greenply Industries are among companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Fino Payments Bank, Nava Bharat Ventures, Vishnu Chemicals, Shankara Building Products, Max Ventures and Industries, Vardhman Acrylics and Uttam Sugar Mills are some other companies scheduled to report March quarter results today.

Among them, Bharat Forge, Century Plyboards, Raymond, Ami Organics, Greenply Industries and Vishnu Chemicals would also consider final dividends.
