Corporate Radar: SKF India, Whirlpool to turn ex-dividend; Tata Steel, Britannia AGMs; stock splits and more

A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

Shares of two companies -- SKF India (Rs 14.5 per share) and Whirlpool Of India (Rs 5 per share) -- will go ex-dividend today. These two companies had announced final dividends.

BF Utilities is among the companies which will announce its quarterly earnings today.


Tata Steel, Britannia Industries, Devyani International, Bank of Maharashtra, Sundaram Clayton, Elecon Engineering Company, Bliss GVS Pharma, Rane Brake Lining, Artson Engineering, Rane Engine Valve and Morarka Finance have their annual general meetings (AGMs) today. Meanwhile, Scanpoint Geomatics will have an EGM today.

Tuesday is also the record date for Salasar Techno Engineering's stock split. The company had announced splitting shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10.

A board meeting of TTI Enterprise will take place today to consider stock split and rights issue.
