NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.
Shares of Samvardhana Motherson and Yug Decor will turn ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:2 each. At the same time, Jonjua Overseas will trade ex-bonus in the ratio of 4:23. Also, Quadpro ITeS will go ex-bonus in a 1:1 ratio.
Shares of Maximum International will trade ex-split. The company announced a sub-division of its shares from a face value of Rs 10 to Re 1.
The board of FSN E-Commerce will meet today to consider the bonus share issue.
Also, HDIL and Sarda Papers' board meetings are lined up today with respect to quarterly results and the preferential issue of shares, respectively.
