Corporate Radar: Saianand Commercial & 2 others stocks to trade ex-bonus; Ajooni stock split and more

A host of corporate actions and board meetings are scheduled for Friday.

Three companies are slated to go ex-bonus today. Anshuni Commercials will trade ex-bonus for its bonus share issuance in the ratio of 4:1. Today is also the record date for the same also falls today.

Saianand Commercial will trade ex-bonus for its bonus share issuance announced in the ratio of 1:1. Sigma Solve shares will go ex-bonus for its bonus share issuance in the ratio of 3:2.


Shares of Ajooni Biotech will trade ex-split today. The company announced a stock split of its shares from the face value of Rs 10 to Rs 2 per share.

Further, there are a couple of board meetings slated for Friday. Hazoor Multi Projects and Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility will meet to consider the rights issue of equity shares. JSG Leasing will hold its board meeting for the issue of warrants.

Mayur Uniquoters, Oil Country Tubular, Visagar Polytex, Jayabharat Credit, Triveni Glass, Maharashtra Corporation and Visagar Financial Services among others will also convene their board meetings.
