Corporate Radar: Ruchira Papers to trade ex-bonus; TCS earnings & more

A host of corporate actions and board meetings are scheduled for Monday.

Shares of Ruchira Papers will trade ex-bonus for its bonus share issuance announced in the ratio of 1:10. The record date for determining shareholders’ eligibility for bonus shares is October 11, 2022.

Further, a couple of board meetings including that of Easy Trip, Eighty Jeweller, Gita Renewable, Medico Intercontinental, Khyati Multimedia, Mirch Tech, Regency Fincorp, Vegetable Products, Garnet International will be held today.


In addition, TCS, Globe Commercials and JTL Infra will announce their quarterly results.

Easy Trip will meet to consider and approve the bonus share issue and stock split, while Mefcom Capital Markets will mull a stock split today.

Moreover, board meetings of three companies -- RR Metalmakers, TTL Enterprises and VSF Projects -- will be convened to consider the preferential issue of shares.
