Corporate Radar: Q4 results, rights issue, bonus & more

NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

Three companies - BLS International Services, La Tim Metal & Industries and Natura Hue Chem - will hold extraordinary general meetings (EGMs) today.

Today is the record date for NCL Research and Financial Services' rights issue. The company had announced a rights issue in the 21:25 ratio.


Natural Capsules, which is scheduled to report quarter earnings today, will also consider a rights issue. Cosmo Films will consider a bonus issue today. CMS Info Systems will hold an AGM today.

PVR, KEI Industries, Godrej Agrovet, Aarti Drugs, Infibeam Avenues, SRF, UPL, Dalmia Bharat, Vedant Fashions, Central Bank of India, Suven Pharmaceuticals and Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals are among companies which will announce their March quarter results today.
