Corporate Radar: Q4 earnings, dividends, stock splits, AGMs & more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday. Shares of Kansai Nerolac Paints will go ex-dividend today. Kansai Nerolac Paints had announced a final dividend of Re 1 per share.

Unitech, Kushal and Supreme Engineering are a few companies which will disclose their March quarter earnings today.

Shares of GG Engineering will go ex-split today. The companies had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 2.


Castrol India will have its annual general meeting today.

Today is the record date for dividend by Apcotex Industries and Rallis India. The stock went ex-dividend on Monday. Apcotex Industries had announced a final dividend of Rs 3 per share while Rallis India had also announced a final dividend of Rs 3 per share.
