NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

Shares of Apcotex Industries and Rallis India will go ex-dividend today. Apcotex Industries had announced a final dividend of Rs 3 per share while Rallis India had announced a final dividend of Rs 3 per share.

Urja Global, Setco Automotive, AVG Logistics, Cinevista, Marshall Machines, Chadha Papers, and APT Packaging are a few companies, which will disclose their March quarter earnings today.


Parshva Enterprises will have its annual general meeting today.

Meanwhile, Triveni Engineering & Industries and Galactico Corporate Services will have EGMs today. The board of HLE Glasscoat will meet today to consider a stock split.

Nintec Systems will go ex-bonus today in 1:2 ratio. Varun Beverages will also go ex-bonus today in 1:2 ratio.

Satyam Silk Mills will go ex-rights today. The company had offered its investors a right to buy 5 shares for every 1 share held by them at Rs 10 apiece.
