NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Gateway Distriparks will go ex-dividend today. The company had announced a final dividend of Rs 1.25.

Shares of Integra Essentia will go ex-rights today. The company had announced rights issue of 33 shares for every 13 shares held at Re 0.80. The same company had announced a stock split from Rs 3 to Rs 1 earlier in February.


Adani Green, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Adani Total Gas, Havells India, Tata Consumer Products, ABB, EIH, Deepak Nitrite, Equitas SFB and Oracle Financial Services are among companies which will announce their March quarter results today.

The board of Baid Leasing and Finance will meet today to consider a bonus issue. The company will also disclose its quarterly results today.

A board meeting of Sadhna Broadcast will be held today at 11 am at the registered corporate office to consider and approve the allotment of new shares pursuant to the sub-division of face value of equity shares from face value of Rs 10 each to face value of Re 1 each.

A board meeting of Adroit Infotech will take place today to consider the proposal for issuance of equity shares by way of a preferential allotment. The board would also approve the allotment of shares pursuant to conversion of loan into equity.
