Housing Development & Infrastructure and Cargotrans Maritime will be announcing their Q2 results. Further, SRG Housing Finance will consider issue of warrants.


A meeting of the board of directors of India Nippon Electricals is scheduled to consider and approve the appointment of a qualified company secretary and compliance officer. Also, the board of directors of Suditi Industries is to approve the notice for postal ballot for passing a special resolution.

Later in the week, Commercial Syn Bags (2:1), Maharashtra Seamless (1:1) and Veer Energy & Infrastructure (3:10) will trade ex-bonus.
