There are a host of corporate actions and board meetings scheduled for Monday.

Shares of Gujarat Fluorochemicals (Rs 2 per share), Sonata Software (Rs 7 per share), Nestle (Rs 120 per share), Asian Paints (Rs 4.4 per share), Colgate Palmolive (Rs 18 per share), Symphony (Rs 2 per share), Sasken (Rs 12 per share), ICICI Securities (Rs 9.75 per share) and DCM Shriram (Rs 4.6 per share) shall trade ex-dividend today.

Shares of TD Power will split from a face value of Rs 10 to Rs 2 per share, while Sanmit Infra's shares will split into the face value of Re 1 from Rs 10.


Major companies slated to announce their quarterly results today are 3i Infotech, Asahi India Glass, Bharti Airtel, Castrol India, LT Foods, Larsen and Toubro, Saregama Industries, Swaraj Engines, Tata Steel, VST Tillers, Mold-Tek, TCI Express, Equitas Small Finance Bank and Motherson Sumi among others.

The board of Murudeshwar Ceramics will meet for the issue of warrants. Also, the board of Vishnu Chemicals will meet to consider and decide on stock split.
