Corporate Radar: MSTC, HAL to turn ex-dividend; Rama Steel board meeting & more

There are a host of corporate actions and board meetings lined up for Friday.

Shares of Maan Aluminium (Re 1 per share), MSTC (Rs 5.5 per share), Gujarat Pipavav (Rs 2.7 per share), Venus Pipes and Tubes (Re 0.5 per share), Astral (Rs 1.25 per share), Emami (Rs 4 per share), HAL (Rs 20 per share), La Opala RG (Rs 2 per share), Info Edge (Rs 10 per share), Sun TV Network (Rs 3.75 per share), Esab India (Rs 30 per share) and PPAP Automotive (Re 1 per share) will trade ex-dividend today.

Friday is also the record date for dividends by RITES, PDS, Page Industries, Sundram Fasteners, Quess Corp, IRFC, Saksoft, MRF, Gabriel India and Oriental Carbon.


Meanwhile, Bombay Rayon, Bilcare and ObjectOne Information Systems will announce their quarterly results.

Also, the board of Som Distilleries will meet for interim dividend, while Rama Steel Tubes will meet for considering the bonus share issue.

Indian Infotech and Software's board on the other hand will mull over rights issues.
