Corporate Radar: Mindtree, Mphasis to turn ex-dividend; PTC India earnings; stock splits & more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

Shares of four companies -- Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries (Rs 2.75 per share), Mindtree (Rs 27 per share), Mphasis (Rs 46 per share) and Wheels India (Rs 8.3 per share) -- will turn ex-dividend today. The four companies had announced final dividends.

PTC India and RCI Industries & Technologies are among the companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.


A board meeting of Sungold Media and Entertainment will take place today to consider the preferential issue of shares and the board of Bengal Steel Industries will meet to consider the voluntary delisting of shares.

The board of Rama Steel Tubes will meet today to consider a stock split while the board of North Eastern Carrying Corporation will consider the rights issue of shares.

Tuesday is also the record date for dividends by Jyothy Labs, Siyaram Silk Mills, Tide Water Oil Company and Anant Raj.

Jyothy Labs (Rs 2.5 per share), Anant Raj (Rs 0.12 per share), Siyaram Silk Mills (Rs 3.2 per share) and Tide Water Oil Company (Rs 15 per share) had announced final dividends.

Today is also the record date for EKI Energy Services to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 3:1.
