Corporate Radar: LIC Q4 results, JSW Steel's dividend, Tilaknagar's referential issue & more

Shares of JSW Steel and Standard Industries will go ex-dividend today. JSW Steel had announced a final dividend of Rs 2 per share while Standard Industries had announced an interim dividend of Rs 1.75 per share.

Tilaknagar Industries, Oriental Trimex and Intellivate Capital Ventures will consider the issue of preferential shares while announcing their quarterly results today.

Cerebra Integrated Technologies, Grauer & Weil (India), Avantel, Nath Bio-Genes, Nettlinx, Fermenta Biotech, Ansal Buildwell and Lykis are some of the companies that have their AGMs today.

The boards of Swasti Vinayaka Art & Heritage Corporation and ANG Lifesciences India will consider bonus issues.

Meanwhile, the board of Avonmore Capital & Management Services will consider a share buyback today.
