United Drilling Tools (Re 0.6 per share), Bhatia Communications & Retail (Re 0.05 per share), Precision Wires India (Re 0.3 per share) and Kaveri Seed Company (Rs 4 per share) had announced their interim dividends.


Kovai Medical Center & Hospital (Rs 3 per share) had announced its special dividend.

Websol Energy System, Consolidated Construction Consortium and Crazy Infra & Infomedia are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Shares of Coastal Corporation will turn ex-rights today. The company had announced a rights issue of 1 share for every 6 shares held, offered at Rs 225 apiece.

Shares of Rama Steel Tubes will go ex-split today. The company had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 5.

Alkem Laboratories, Aster DM Healthcare, Clariant Chemicals, Ajmera Realty & Infra, IndiaClarus Infrastructure Realties and Hazoor Multi Projects will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The board of Saianand Commercial will meet today to consider the bonus issue. Also, the board of Shukra Pharmaceuticals will meet today to consider the Right issue of Equity Shares.

Thursday is the record date for dividend by JK Paper (Rs 5.5 per share) among others. The stocks went ex-dividend on Tuesday.
