NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

Shares of JK Paper (Rs 5.5 per share), Jubilant Ingrevia (Rs 2.5 per share), Shyam Century Ferrous (Re 0.3 per share), Sun TV Network (Rs 5 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

Shares of 7NR Retail will turn ex-rights today. The company had announced a rights issue of 1 share for every 1 share held, offered at Rs 1.4 apiece.

Fine Organic Industries and Salem Erode Investments will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The board of Share India Securities will meet today to discuss the Employees Stock Option Plan while the board of SecMark Consultancy will meet today to consider a bonus issue.

Also, the board of Hemo Organic will meet today to consider a stock split.

Tuesday is the record date for dividends by Bharat Petroleum Corporation (Rs 6 per share), Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals (Rs 3 per share), Marksans Pharma (Re 0.25 per share, Kitex Garments (Rs 1.5 per share), Tips Industries (Rs 2 per share), Oriental Carbon (Rs 7 per share), Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (Re 1 per share) and Ucal Fuel Systems (Rs 2 per share) among others. The stocks went ex-dividend on Friday.
