Corporate Radar: HDFC Bank, L&T Infotech results, Hilton Metal board meeting and more

A host of board meetings are scheduled for today.

A majority of them will meet for the quarterly results. Some of the big names that will announce their earnings today are HDFC Bank, L&T Infotech, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Avenue Supermarts, Alok Industries, Butterfly Gandhimathi, Kesoram Industries, Hathway Bhawani and GTPL Hathway.

Kaarya Facilities and Services’ board will, however, meet for consideration of bonus share allotment.


Similarly, Ceenik Exports, Sadbhav Infrastructure and Sadbhav Engineering boards will meet for other business matters.

Furthermore, the board of Hilton Metal Forging will meet to consider rights issue while Agio Paper and Industries board will meet to consider preferential issue of shares.

Today is the record date for shares of Veeram Securities that turned ex-bonus for its bonus share issuance in the ratio of 1:2 on Friday.
