Corporate Radar: HCL Tech & Nestle results, rights issues, dividends & more

NEW DELHI: Thursday will see a host of corporate decisions and actions. Bodhi Tree Multimedia will go ex-rights today in the ratio of one share for every one held. The rights were offered at Rs 100 per share.

Jai Balaji Industries will consider rights issue & preferential issue at its board meeting today. Tarmat board will consider issue of preferential shares while that of TCM will consider rights issue today.

HCL Technologies, Nestle India, ICICI Lombard, Tata Communications, L&T Technology Services, Crisil, Cyient, Rallis India and Shiva Cement are among companies which will release their March quarter results today.


Among them, HCL Tech, ICICI Lombard, Crisil, L&T Technology may also consider interim or final dividends.

The board of Nintec Systems will consider a bonus issue. ACC will hold its Annual General Meeting.

Meanwhile, Nestle India will go ex-dividend today. The FMCG company had announced a final dividend of Rs 65 per share and an interim dividend of Rs 25 per share.
