Corporate Radar: Dividends, AGMs, Q4 results, stock splits and more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Friday.
Shares of six companies, Ceat (Rs 3 per share), LKP Finance (Rs 3 per share), LKP Securities (Rs 0.3 per share), Sagarsoft (India) (Rs 3 per share), Shree Digvijay Cement Company (Rs 2 per share) and Tata Communications (Rs 20.7 per share), will go ex-dividend today. The six companies had announced final dividends.

HMT, Citurgia Biochemicals, Opto Circuits (India), Supreme Infrastructure India and Apis India are among companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.


Shares of Sadhna Broadcast will go ex-split today. The company had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10.

Trent, Solar Industries India, Home First Finance Company India, GTPL Hathway and LWS Knitwear will have their annual general meetings today.
eanwhile, Parsharti Investment, Sharat Industries, Imagicaaworld Entertainment, Kinetic Engineering, Tiger Logistics (India), Shree Rama Newsprint and Ester Industries will have their EGMs today.


Today is the record date for AU Small Finance Bank to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to issue bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 1:1.


Friday is also the record date for dividend by Kansai Nerolac Paints. The stock went ex-dividend on Wednesday. Kansai Nerolac Paints had announced a final dividend of Rs 1 per share.
