Corporate Radar: Dividends, AGMs, Q4 results, stock splits and more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of three companies - Quess Corp (Rs 4 per share), Silver Touch (Re 0.5 per share) and India Motor Parts & Accessories (Rs 13 per share) - will go ex-dividend today. The three companies had announced interim dividends.

Shares of 11 companies, Asian Granito India (Re 0.7 per share), Asian Paints (Rs 15.5 per share), Craftsman Automation (Rs 3.75 per share), Elecon Engineering Company (Rs 1 per share), HDFC Asset Management Company (Rs 42 per share), Power Finance Corporation (Rs 1.25 per share), SMC Global Securities (Rs 1.2 per share), Tata Consumer Products (Rs 6.05 per share), Transcorp International (Re 0.1 per share) , Voltas (Rs 5.5 per share) and Welspun Corp (Rs 5 per share), will also go ex-dividend today.


Elecon Engineering Company which had announced a special dividend of Re 0.4 per share, will also go ex-dividend today.

Dhyaani Tile and Marblez will disclose its March quarter earnings today.

Thursday is the record date for GG Engineering's stock split. The company had announced splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 2.


Tata Consultancy Services and Automotive Stampings and Assemblies will have their annual general meetings today. Meanwhile, ISMT will have an EGM today.

Shares of AU Small Finance Bank would be ex-bonus today. The company had announced a bonus issue in 1: 1 ratio.
