NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

Shares of Data Patterns (India) (Rs 3.5 per share), Elnet Technologies (Rs 2 per share), Gujarat Themis Biosyn (Rs 4 per share), IL&FS Investment Managers (Re 0.4 per share), Ion Exchange (Rs 10 per share), Kama Holdings (Rs 82 per share), Metro Brands (Re 0.75 per share), Pokarna (Re 0.6 per share), RSWM (Rs 25 per share), SNL Bearings (Rs 6.5 per share), South India Paper Mills (Rs 1 per share) and India Glycols (Rs 7.5 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

Kama Holdings (Rs 82 per share) had announced its interim dividend.


Procter & Gamble Health, Sindhu Trade Links, Indosolar and Mackinnon Mackenzie & Company are among the companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Shares of Alfavision Overseas (India) and Kritika Wires will go ex-split today.

The board of Shivalik Bimetal Controls will meet today to consider the bonus issue.

Also, the board of Walchandnagar Industries and B C Power Controls will meet today to consider the preferential issue of shares.
