NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of two companies -- Century Textiles & Industries (Rs 4 per share) and Ponni Sugars (Rs 5.5 per share) -- will go ex-dividend today. These two companies had announced final dividends.

Setco Automotive is among the companies which will announce its quarterly earnings today.


EKI Energy Services will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:4.

A board meeting of Athena Global Technologies will take place today to consider preferential issue of shares and the board of Rajasthan Gases will meet to consider issue of warrants.

The board of Oswal Green Tech will meet today to consider an interim dividend.

Wednesday is the record date for dividends by JSW Steel and Punjab & Sind Bank. JSW Steel (Rs 17.35 per share) and Punjab & Sind Bank (Rs 0.31 per share) had announced final dividends.

Tata Chemicals and City Union Bank will have their annual general meetings (AGMs) today.
