NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of Jet Freight Logistics will go ex-split today. The company had announced splitting of shares into face value of Rs 5 from face value of Rs 10.

Shares of Sindhu Trade Links will go ex-bonus in 2:1 ratio today. Three stocks namely Asahi Songwon Colors (Rs 3.5 per share), Taneja Aerospace & Aviation (Rs 2 per share) and Thinkink Picturez (Re 0.10 per share) will go ex-dividend today.


Godrej Consumer Products, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Gland Pharma, Bosch, Ashok Leyland and HPCL are among companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Endurance Technologies, Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, V-Guard Industries, Prince Pipes & Fittings and Rossari Biotech are some other companies scheduled to report March quarter results today.

The boards of CL Educate and Asahi Songwon Colors will consider the proposal for buy back of fully paid-up equity shares today.
