Corporate Radar: Bonus, rights issues, Q4 results & more

NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shree Ganesh Bio-Tech (India) will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:1. The same company had announced a stock split from Rs 10 to Re 1 in February this year. ABB India shares will go ex-dividend today. The company had announced a dividend of Rs 5.2 per share.

Hindustan Unilever, Bajaj Auto, Trent, HDFC AMC, The Indian Hotels, Persistent Systems, Syngene International, Hatsun Agro Product and KPR Mills are some of the companies that are scheduled to announce their March quarter results today.


Schaeffler India will hold its AGM today.

The boards of NCL Research and Financial Services will consider and approve the issue price and issue size for the proposed right issue. It will also consider the rights entitlement ratio for the issue and fix the record date to ascertain the eligible shareholders.

The board of Kohinoor Foods would also meet to consider the proposal of raising funds by way of a rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the company.

The board of G G Engineering will meet to consider a stock split. Le Lavoir board will hold an EGM.
