Corporate Radar: Balkrishna Industries to turn ex-dividend, Voltas AGM; Q4 results, bonus and more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Friday.

Shares of Balkrishna Industries (Rs 4 per share) will go ex-dividend today. Balkrishna Industries had announced final dividends.

SEPC and Autolite (India) are among companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.


Shares of Nazara Technologies will turn ex-bonus today. The company had announced a bonus issue in 1:1 ratio.

Voltas, Sonata Software, Transcorp International, Karnimata Cold Storage, Rallis India, Xpro India and Rishiroop will have their annual general meetings today. Meanwhile, Dish TV India will have an EGM today.

Today is the record date for Navkar Urbanstructure stock split. Navkar Urbanstructure had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10.

Friday is the record date for dividend by Punjab National Bank, Indian Hotels Company, Union Bank of India, Sagar Cements, NDR Auto Components, Deepak Spinners and Walchand Peoplefirst.

Deepak Spinners (Rs 2.5 per share), NDR Auto Components (Rs 2.5 per share), Punjab National Bank (Rs 0.64 per share), Sagar Cements (Rs 0.7 per share), Union Bank Of India (Rs 1.9 per share), The Indian Hotels Company (0.4 per share) and Walchand Peoplefirst (Rs 1.25 per share) announced their final dividends. These stocks went ex-dividend on Wednesday.

Friday is also the record date for Banas Finance for determining the shareholders eligible for receiving rights entitlement in the rights issue. The company had offered its investors a right to buy 24 shares for every 25 shares held by them at Rs 20 a piece.
