Corporate Radar: Alstone Textiles bonus issue, stock split & more

A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of Alstone Textiles will trade both ex-split and ex-bonus today. The bonus share issue has been announced in the ratio of 9:1, whereas the stock split is in the ratio of 1:10, as shares of face value of Rs 10 will be split into shares of new face value of Re 1 each.

MFS Intercorp will announce its quarterly results. Besides, Globe Commercials' board will meet today to consider bonus share issue.


SI Capital’s board will meet to consider various options for raising funds through borrowings including by way of issuance of redeemable non-convertible debentures/notes/bonds/other debt securities.

MK Exim’s board meeting shall also be held today for approving the appointment of Chief Financial officer of the company and other matters as per agenda.

Besides, there are board meetings of Amal, Zodiac JRD and Tijaria Polypipes.
