NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

Shares of Albert David (Rs 9 per share), Bharti Airtel (Rs 3 per share), GAIL (Re 1 per share), Dhunseri Ventures (Rs 4 per share), Gujarat Ambuja Exports (Re 0.65 per share), Hind Rectifiers (Re 0.4 per share), IIFL Wealth Management (Rs 15 per share), Kirloskar Industries (Rs 10 per share), Menon Pistons (Re 0.75 per share), Nava (Rs 6 per share), Paushak (Rs 12 per share), Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection (Rs 3 per share), Ratnamani Metals & Tubes (Rs 14 per share), Sudarshan Chemical Industries (Rs 5 per share), Unichem Laboratories (Rs 4 per share) and The United Nilgiri Tea Estates Company (Rs 1.7 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

Shares of The United Nilgiri Tea Estates Company (Re 1 per share) had announced its special dividend. Meanwhile, IIFL Wealth Management (Rs 15 per share) had announced its interim dividend.


ITC, Varun Beverages, UPL, Zomato, Max Financial Services, Escorts Kubota, Kansai Nerolac Paints, Castrol India and The Ramco Cements are among the companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Monday is the record date for dividends by Rossell India, Saksoft and Shilchar Technologies among others.

Shares of Rossell India (Re 0.3 per share), Saksoft (Rs 3 per share) and Shilchar Technologies (Rs 4 per share) had announced final dividends. The stocks went ex-dividend on Thursday.
