NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of Acrysil (Rs 1.2 per share), Asahi India Glass (Rs 2 per share), Central Depository Services (Rs 15 per share), Chemfab Alkalis (Rs 1.25 per share), Diana Tea Company (Re 0.5 per share), Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills (Rs 1.8 per share), Maharashtra Seamless (Rs 5 per share), Metroglobal (Rs 2 per share), Nirlon (Rs 11 per share), Nitin Spinners (Rs 2.5 per share), NRB Bearings (Rs 2 per share), Rainbow Children's Medicare (Rs 2 per share) and Jindal Drilling & Industries (Re 0.5 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

Wednesday is the record date for the bonus issue of GAIL India. The company had gone ex-bonus in the ratio of 1:2 on Tuesday.


Wednesday is also the record date for dividends by Bharat Rasayan (Rs 1.5 per share), Garware Technical Fibres (Rs 7 per share), Transpek Industry (Rs 22.5 per share), Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers (Rs 1.2 per share), Yuken India (Re 0.8 per share),National Peroxide (Rs 5 per share), Emmbi Industries (Re 0.6 per share) and Intrasoft Technologies (Re 1 per share among others. The stocks went ex-dividend on Monday.
