Container Corporation of India up on JV reports
Shares of Container Corporation of India moved higher after reports that the company may ink a joint venture with global shipping majors.
In an effort to include a shipping company as part of its value-chain, Container Corporation of India is likely to ink a joint venture with global shipping majors for catering to exim trade requirements of shippers.
Presently, Concor is negotiating with various shipping majors and with non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) companies.
At 12 pm, the stock was at Rs 1323.70, up Rs 31.70 or 2.45 per cent on the NSE. The stock touched a high of Rs 1365 and low of Rs 1295 on the NSE.
