Coforge announces 130% second interim dividend for FY23

IT services firm Coforge while announcing its Q2 earnings today declared a dividend of Rs 13 per share for FY23. This is the second dividend for the ongoing fiscal year. Earlier, the company announced a dividend of 130% or Rs 13 per share in July.

Also, to determine eligible shareholders in this regard, the company has fixed November 4 as the record date.

“The board has also declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 13 per share of the face value of Rs. 10/ each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2022-23. Further, the board has fixed November 4, 2022, as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of second interim dividend,” said the company’s filing with the exchanges.


In FY2022, the company had announced a dividend of 520% or Rs 52 per share. Since July 2005, it has declared a total of 23 dividends.

Shares of Coforge ended today’s session higher by over 1% at Rs 3858.3.
