MUMBAI: Mumbai-based Cliqtrade Stock Brokers has acquired an additional 10% stake in Asit C Mehta Financial Services to make it 37.19%.
Cliqtrade, promoted by the founders of Pantomath Financial Services Group, floated an open offer in August last year to acquire a 17.12% stake in the firm.
It further increased its stake by 7.67% in December 2022. Shares of Asit C Mehta, which gained 10.5% in the past one week, ended flat at 140 on Monday.
