Citi puts buy on Unitech

Foreign brokerage Citi has assigned a ‘Buy’ rating on real estate builder Unitech with a target price of Rs 38 per share. Unitech shares ended the day at Rs 32 on the BSE on Thursday. “We rate Unitech with a target price of Rs 38,” said Citi analysts in a note to investors.
