MUMBAI: Aluminium extrusions maker Century Extrusions Ltd on Monday said it will raise up to Rs 35.50 crore through rights issue for expanding its existing business.
The company would issue 33 new shares for every 47 shares held at a price of Rs 4 each, Century Extrusions said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
A total of 3.30 crore shares would be issued on rights basis by the company.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 12.70, up 4.96 per cent on the BSE.
