The PE firm has been trimming its stake after selling a major chunk in the SBI Cards' IPO in March 2020.
Mumbai: CA Rover Holdings, an entity of Carlyle Group, sold 26.2 million shares of SBI Card and Payment Services on Tuesday at an average price of ₹851.73 per share, showed NSE bulk deal data.

The buyers' names were not disclosed. The stock fell 4.3% to close at ₹838.90 . As of December quarter-end, CA Rover owned 29.2 million shares or a 3.1% stake in SBI Cards. The PE firm has been trimming its stake after selling a major chunk in the SBI Cards' IPO in March 2020.
