Camlin Fine to acquire Borregaard, Italy;stk up

MUMBAI: Camlin Fine Chemicals has entered into a share purchase agreement with Borregaard Industries UK for acquiring 100 per cent stake in subsidiary Borregaard, Italy.

The stock was at Rs 78.95, up 10.11 per cent or Rs 7.25 on the BSE. It touched intraday high of Rs 86 and low of Rs 75.05. Around 50321 shares were traded in the counter.
